BNB Tents (Horseheads, NY) runs this website and the BNB Tents Quotes & Invoices app. This page explains what information each one handles.

Quotes & Invoices app

The app is a tool BNB Tents uses to write quotes and invoices for its customers.

Everything entered in the app (customer names, phone numbers, emails, event details, prices) is stored only on the device it was entered on.
The app has no account, no server and no analytics. It does not collect, upload, sell or share any data.
A PDF leaves the device only when the user chooses to send, save or print it, using the phone's own share menu.
Deleting the app deletes all of its data from the device.

When you request a quote, the details you type in the form (name, phone, email, event details) are emailed to BNB Tents so we can reply. Form messages may pass through a form-delivery service that forwards them to our inbox.
We use that information only to answer your request and plan your event. We never sell it.
The site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, and the site is hosted on GitHub Pages; both may record standard technical data such as IP addresses.

To ask what we hold about you, or to have it deleted, email nate@bnbtents.com or call 607-857-8595.
